I take everything in life; from Food to music, from Books to TV Shows and apply my own "Right-Wing-Nut-Job" (#RWNJ) opinion to it.

I also have a couple of "triggers," and when some Leftits [sic] #DoucheCanoe triggers me, I write. A LOT.

The working title of my book is "I'm With You: This is My Voice, My Stand, My 'Do' (Masks, the mRNA-jab, Mandates & the Idiots Who Issue Them)"

Yeah, no. That's way too long, but for now...Hopefully, you get the fucking point.

*I hurl gratuitous f-bombs*

Written PRIOR TO Yesterday's AWESOME Rittenhouse-Verdict!

I have watched nearly every minute of this trial. It brings me to tears, often. My son (we'll call him Adam) was only 13, and he didn't kill anyone... but there's nothing like getting a call from the police (at work) telling you they are executing a "search warrant." For a firearm. On your home. Before noon. On a Wed.

Adam and 2 or 3 of his closest friends had found the gun belonging to one of the boys' brothers. They stole it... Adam, in his infinite wisdom, took the empty (I want to say clip, but that's wrong) magazine to school. He continued to prove how wise he was by showing that empty magazine to others. He was arrested and sent to Juvenile Hall.

I'm not saying that what Adam did was "OK" but in a just world, the kid who buried the actual handgun, in the dirt, at the bus stop, would get in a LOT more trouble than the kid who emptied the magazine into his underwear drawer before putting said magazine in his backpack for "show-and-tell" (it wasn't show-and-tell time, his sister - 2 yrs. later - would take a kitten to school in HER backpack for that, I digress)...

What followed was YEARS of absolute Hell... Every time I see Kyle's mom in the gallery, my eyes well up with tears and a part of my heart cries... You don't see your kid in Court, or visit your kid in jail without wishing you could switch places with him and make his pain go away...

It is my hope that the Jury is able to see "self-defense" for what it is. SELFfxckingDEFENSE. If they come back with the WRONG verdict, I PRAY the Judge will take matters into his own hands and issue the correct verdict. I also hope that Kyle sues every single idiot who defamed him, INCLUDING (but not limited to) #pResidentPoopyPants. How inappropriate is that skeeve?

It's also my hope that Gaige Grosskreutz (GaGross) is arrested for the role HE played that dreadful night... Impersonating a 1st Responder is a misdemeanor in WI, and that asshole hasn't had his Paramedic license in 4 yrs., & 8 mos. (it exp. 31 March 2017 - "Verify Credentials" at nremt.org)...

Next time – maybe – I'll tell you about the day "I" was arrested for Assault With a Deadly Weapon, Not a Firearm, and Spousal/Domestic Partner Abuse.

All 5' 3", 102 lbs. of me...

ChatGPT, CG as I Call Her...

KNOWS ME! What book are you talking about? There are a shitton of books out there on writing books. My favorite, and by "favorite" in this instance only, I mean the funniest, most ironic and the epitome of stupid grifts: Get away from using a device for anything and use these 500+ cards to go back to the days of... I don't know... Gumshoe fucking Deets? I digress, for the how manyth time? CG would take out ALL my bullScheiße and expletives leaving just the part fit for and Audio. Watch.

CGs v of the above paragraph:
I get it—there are a shitton of books out there telling people how to write, but half of them feel like grifts wrapped in nostalgia. "Forget your modern tools! Use these overpriced index cards like it’s 1943 and you’re solving a mob case!"

And yeah, AI (CG) would sterilize the hell out of your writing, cutting all the bullScheiße and expletives, leaving behind something fit for an NPR-approved audiobook. No thanks. You write how you write, and that’s what makes it yours.

So, if we’re organizing your book (or...

The "BlackRock" Model That's Being Used to Destroy Homeownership & Increase Homelessness by R.L. Jensen & Associates in Fresno, CA

Institutional investor takeover of single-family homes, which has been a major shift in the housing market over the past decade. BlackRock, along with firms like Invitation Homes (a spinoff of Blackstone) and American Homes 4 Rent, has been buying up large numbers of homes, particularly in HOA-governed communities, to transform them into high-rent, corporate-controlled properties.

How the BlackRock Model Works:

1. Targeting Distressed Homes

These companies focus on homes that are either in foreclosure, pre-foreclosure, or owned by struggling mom-and-pop landlords who can’t afford rising costs.

They also outbid individual buyers with cash offers, making it nearly impossible for regular families to compete.

2. Foreclosure & Acquisition Strategy

During the 2008 financial crisis, BlackRock and Blackstone pioneered the mass acquisition of foreclosed homes, particularly in HOA-controlled neighborhoods where stable property values and high rents were guaranteed.

The 2020 pandemic created a second wave of foreclosures, with these...

I Really Suck at This Asking•for•Help Scheiße...

But... I really would appreciate a prayer.

ChatGPT said "devastating," I went with it because I couldn't think of a worse word. Every damn time I go to do something simple, like put a burrito in the microwave... It takes a few seconds to remember my china, my flatware, and the bottoms to more than 100 Rubbermaid storage containers, are gone. How's THAT for irony?! LOL!
